Currently, there are two main methods for welding fume control in manufacturing workshops:
1. Source Capture: Fumes are extracted at the source using capture arms or hoods. This method is limited to large, complex-shaped workpieces or areas requiring frequent movement.
2. Overall Ventilation and Filtration System: Common methods include blow-suction and layered air supply. Dust-laden air is drawn into return ducts, filtered by high-efficiency equipment, and then recirculated by fans to improve indoor air quality.
